Can I Has Consecrate?

Oh no, this is not another tired, inflammatory warrior v. paladin whine/bitch/gripe. This is about me.....rolling a paladin.
Kinda hard to say she's a tank yet at level 9 and no talent points but my internet crashed late last night and I had to give up.
And yes, I said she...and she is HAWT. I'll post screens one of these days.
So yeah, I intend to make her a tank....some day. I have 5 level 70's atm but my next closest alt is my level 20 moongoat shammy. That's how I do alts, though....I make one a project and play them sporadically. I might not log them for 2 weeks and then binge grind 6-7 levels in one weekend.
Heh...I have no freaking clue how paladins work. I got a Belf up to 20 once but meh. I'll try to tap into the "AoE grind spec" if I can but I may go ret for kicks and grins.
I actually made another warrior...then decided I would be better off deleting her and making a rogue. I heard it pretty good from a friend of mine so I caved and made the pally. So far, its pretty fun but its early yet.
We'll see how this pans out....more than likely she won't see anything approaching high level any time soon or threaten to unseat any of my 2nd and third tier alts. But....you never know.

| | AoE grinding really takes off at 36ish, I started it as soon as I got blessing of sanctuary, it was a bit rought at first but its not hard to do once you get the hang of it. Reckoning makes it much better. |

| | Pallies are great, my draenei was my 5th 70 and love it to this day. Leveling a paladin as prot is one of the most fun things I have done. Taking on 6-10 mobs just for fun and wrecking them is just great. Make sure you keep it from getting monotonous and you'll love every second of it. Happy hunting horacio! |

| | by long-standing tradition, paladins are fun for the first 20 levels of existance, then are utterly horribly boring until they hit 40, where they take off again. If you can get past the duldrums between rocking your Vergian's Fist and getting your first 31-pointer, you're set, but most people never make it that far. |

| | I made it to 13 last night taking time off to watch a movie. I'm really having fun with it. I mine/skin on her so she's not a money sink yet. I herb on my lvl 20 shammy so I already had that covered. Hooked her up with a couple of items I BS'd on my warrior and sent her a 2h axe with fiery. Between bubbling, fiery procs and managing all two (lol) of my seals/judgement, I'm pretty much just rolling over stuff. |

| | Looking through Wowhead, it hits home just how awful Blacksmithing has been as a profession in Wow's history. I think I can make a few items here and there to help my baby pally along and there's.....nothing. One item here or there that might be alright considering her instance farming will be nothing more than running her through with high level toons. Not even stuff that I think "oh, that would be cool but its BOP" And thinking back...way back, I was all hyped up to level up and make my own armor only to be disappointed that none of it was any good. So...Green Iron Hauberk? Yeah, that's nice...Truesilver Gauntlets? Eh, ok. Other than that.....pfft. Oh well. Thankfully, BS looks alot better in Wrath. I'm sure most of us are thinking its not what we'd like it to be but its certainly alot better than what it was. |

| | I'm in total agreement on Blacksmithing. Seems like it was more useful to dps classes for the weapons than the armor. I'd like to see more epic BoP stuff in Wrath. It would give me the motivation I need to drop mining and make my warrior a Blacksmith/Engineer. Also, I've tried to level a Paladin 4 times. I never made it past level 22. |
