...the dip into pvprot
Posted 06-22-2009 at 01:10 PM by Bragoon
Last night a friend of mine on the server, who is another protpvp cow, showed me the "ways" of the pvprot.
So all last night, i was dueling, and doing arena's with a protadin.. and at one point we were 6-1, then we lost to a shammy/retridin D:
But anyways, it is amazing fun, and i suggest everyone attempts it atleast once

I’m loving PvProt atm. I am knocking out my 10 games a week with a Tree drood and atm were at 55% (but its creeping up, 73% last week) win ratio. There is defiantly enough control for casters/healers and burst damage atm. Its great fun.Posted 06-22-2009 at 04:35 PM by Irat

I feel rage starved a lot especially when trying to burst someone down.
I played Arms/HolyPala/Prot(me) and when we were trying to burst something down, I had a hard time casting something and running away to charge is not the best of ideas in a situation like that. Not always however.Posted 06-23-2009 at 12:05 AM by Edgar

It's gonna get even better when the patch rolls out.. double SBV for all
i'm up to around 1.4k sbv unbuffed before trinkets etc in my current set which should be around 1.8k-2k post-patch. It's a good time for anyone who enjoys PvProt to tag along to some alt naxx runs to snag some block gear in preparation.. i imagine it'll get nerfed not long after the patch.Posted 06-23-2009 at 06:51 AM by kemikalkadet

Prots are not that powerful in PVP, I don't think they'll nerf stuff.Posted 06-23-2009 at 08:07 AM by Edgar
