Firstly, a recap, after weeks of struggling to fill raid slots (and please don't say recruit - we have 2 ally guilds in sunwell and probably only 3 more in MH/BT or end of T5), we called it. A couple of our officers have joined a different raid guild on their mains, as have some of our raiders.
