However, nothing is better training than picking up a group of unknown people and venturing headfirst into deep water. There is no better training as a tank. The more important the group you're with that you successfully tank in, the more accomplished a tank you are.

The tank probably bears the greatest responsibility in any...

In the previous article we discussed several important aspects and arguments in favour of PUGing. In the next three installments of this article, I will discuss the different sorts of strategies and benefits we can have from different classes, namely the. As a tank, knowing what different classes has to offer can greatly increase your credibility and move the group in the direction that suits you best.

Posted 08-26-2008 at 02:37 AM by Shortypop

Firstly, a recap, after weeks of struggling to fill raid slots (and please don't say recruit - we have 2 ally guilds in sunwell and probably only 3 more in MH/BT or end of T5), we called it. A couple of our officers have joined a different raid guild on their mains, as have some of our raiders. Almost all who have left have left alts in the guild and the rest of us are having a month or two of "quiet time" before WotLK.

So, what's led me to even contemplate a blog on one...
