Spending a couple months with the family and just finished up getting situated. My room is the most beautiful thing I ever beheld. I missed it so much away from home. I should upload pictures sometime.

Anyhow, flights were long and terrible, jet lag is my worst enemy and I have a lot of catching up to do with the fam. But I should be back in the groove soon enough. Installing WoW right now which is proving slightly difficult (this DVD drive is more stubborn than me, which is saying...

Usually I try to update my blog at least once per week. I am not even sure if I posted anything last week (and thus I dread to spend time on checking it altogether). The weather here has been absolutely fantastic. About 30 degrees in the Netherlands means wonderful clear weather, that somehow is paired up with a subtropic humidity level that is simply surreal. (long live the sea climate - huzzaaa!). In the evening the wind would lie down and the air would be hot, humid and utterly still. My apartment...

So the last major fight we needed to finish off Glory of the Ulduar raider 10 was Yogg + 1. We must have had 2 hours of attempts last night where absolutely nothing could go right. Watching as a healer gets feared next to a crusher only to get one shot... watching someone step on a cloud... it was taking its toll on me. I had had a really long and bad day prior to it and this was just making things worse. Much worse. We started making some progress past the two hour mark, getting into phase...

That's right.

For the last 3 days we had Occulus as our Daily Heroic quest.
