So I joined a new guild about 2 months ago. This guild is the best/most efficient guild I've ever been in. They do tue/wed/sun 8-12 my time. All of that is perfect for me.
The only problem is they're a big guild, and they have 2 ranks that are higher than me. Basically, I have to fight with 8-10 people every raid night to get a spot, and 3/4 of the time I don't get to go.
I'm all for paying my dues and everything, it's getting to the point where I want to gquit and go somewhere else....

So after months of looking and weeks of dealing with lawyers, surveyors, a lot of uncertainty and stress me and my husband today exchange contracts (bought - to any non-brit) on our first house!!!

And it doesn't feel real at all!!!!

So I have been out of the game for a few months now as I have had other stuff going on in life and haven't been able to afford playing up until recently, but I still need a new computer before I start playing again so I will still probably be out for a month or so till then. Anyway, I still talk with my old guildies and they have only downed Yogg on 10 man (only 4-6 other guilds on my server have though), but I kinda feel that I won't be able to dedicate the time they require to do the progression...

I recently had an epiphany in regards to how we will likely handle Patch 3.2. I'll lay out my dilemma for you first though and see if you come to the same conclusion.

1. We're a casual guild that raids 25 mans. We raid 2 nights/week for a total of 6 hours, never more.
2. We've killed General, but have yet to get to Yogg with enough time to do anything with him.

So, it's very possible when 3.2 hits that we'll be half way to a Yogg kill or less. Which begs the...

It’s has been an awesome week. Our 25 man cleared to yogg in 1.5 nights. We waited until Sunday so we would have plenty of time on Yogg. We still had some newer people in guild so it was gona be a learning thing for half the raid. Well RL got in the way and we cancelled do to attendance. That was a bummer but not to worry.
