So those of you who read my earlier blog will know our crazy "Thorim must die scheme" wasnt at all appreciated, so today, after a crap load of wipes (cant honestly say the first 2 weren't my fault as healers were dying :S was kinda tired) we decided to do Hodir, a boss we have down to a T...........

Well after wiping twice we killed him AND...... no shield, no chestplate, no nothing, the only awesome was the Shard for the legendary (we had two tonight so were up to 5/30)....

Right. So, in the spirit of one of my Pally officers,...

While considering what I'd like to see happen to Heroic strike in the future I came to the conclusion that the threat modifier for heroic strike is outdated.

I'm sure everyone has changes they'd love to see to their class, myself; I'd like to see Heroic Strike threat normalized.

What do I mean?

HS is +259 threat per application (according to wowwiki's threat page http://www.wowwiki.com/Threat )

In order squeeze the maximum effect out of Heroic...

I love my new guild. This is where I should have been all along. Recently we have had some really great players quit. Not just us but WoW as a hole. Playing something for 4 years can get old. So we have been doing a lot of recruiting. With this new wave of recruits it came time to test them in our ULD25 run.

it's been a wacky stretch of time, and I'm failing at stuff just because I'm too depressed to give it my all... which isn't good because a few things that I've wanted for a long time are happening finally.

I'm gonna take a break from the forums and crap since as much as I enjoy the brain dump of just soaking in the chatter, a fair amount of the chatter I disagree with and it just derails me mentally - something that I do on my own easily enough.
