The Blacklist's most recent kill was Al'ar, which occured about a month ago. Following the loss of a couple of players and the recruitment of several more, we had a couple weeks of SSC/TK clearing and a few attempts on Naj'entus.

Finally, we had a strong raid signed up and returned to Hyjal. 1-shot Rage and 2-shot Anetheron. Kaz'rogal to 30% as well. It feels great to be back on our feet, and moving forward again! We have plans to tackle Naj'entus and Kaz'rogal later this week,...

Title says it all. Stop trying to recruit tanks by looking for tanks. Start looking for healers. Talk to them and find out which tanks they have the best relationship with. The reality is that often when you recruit one person from a guild you'll get their whole following so rather than getting a half-ass tank then getting apps from all his friends...

I stopped playing WoW for a few months, to catch up with RL. Early in this break, 2.4 was released. Before that, I was sufficiently geared for t5 tanking. Right now, approaching my return to the game in a couple of weeks, I'm in the same situation. Meanwhile, on my server, a dozen of the t5 guilds have become t6 guilds. With the new gear in 2.4, coupled with the time I had off, I'm afraid that my gearing is below the mark for any hopes at joining a serious guild.
