Here's an oddity for you: Last night I got [item]Frayed Tether of the Drowned[/item]. I thought "It's weird this is the only item with defense and hit rating..." So I checked Wowdb to see. [item]Mark of C'thun[/item] has Defense and hit rating, which is cool, it also has dodge, but it's kinda old world...

Fortunately, the mark has a BC counterpart: [item]Pendant of Titans[/item].

Field testing in heroics last night, I noticed almost no difference in threat...
