At long last I reached it: Exalted Scryers and Exalted Sha'tar. I can now use the freebie flasks, make my arcane resist legs and run around in a scryer's tabard.

I also am simply stumped by heroic terrace. I take damage in there like back when I was running around in quest greens. Ran it with my friends earlier and died somewhere around 20 times on delrissa before finally succeeding, only to have [item]timbal's focusing crystal[/item] drop.

All things considered...
