So it turns out moving on from a guild that has pretty much been your home from day one, that contains a large portion of your real life friends and ones you've made through the game is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.

I cant understand why blizzard seems to give the casual players access to some of the greatest gear possible to attain in the game.

On kael I tanked a guild's first kill (prot paladin on kael) it was the ideal thing because it meant we had 2 prot warriors doing low melee damage removing MC.

Next week the 'main tank' insists on tanking kael and puts me on phoenixes.

We wiped once due to him not picking up the shield, once due to him not moving out of a flame strike and then next week he managed to die to the first pyro blast, die from flame strike again, not use shield wall or last stand when a...

I ran out of mana on Nal this week... I didn't know what do to. I've been tanking bear phase lately because my EH is better then the OT I'd been using, worked like a charm, great mana supply, etc... This week, had a new prot warrior in there, so I decided to let him have the bear form, cause my tps had been suffereing as OT (no holy shield = a lotta missing TPS). I ran out of mana on Nalorakk's Troll form. That's right, I was OOM and at full health for most of the fight. I wasn't even in avoidance...

So..I'm apart of a small raiding guild right now. We're a good size disband from another raiding guild that wasnt progressing far at all. ( I think they are just now hitting the first boss in SSC / TK and barely touched on Gruul and no word on Mag / other starting 25man Raids. )
