I love raiding.

Sure, sometimes I love it less than other times. But that's natural.

Raiding for me, is about the encounters. It's about spending time with people I enjoy spending time with. Just as a quick example, I'm flatting with 3 guildies, we got a 4th over and had a blast [5man group]. Seriously, most fun I've had in WoW in months, just by doing things with people. Lets preface this with not everyone wants to raid 20 hours a week, for those of us who don't want to or can't these are my complaints on casual raiding.

I'm in a very large casual guild. Some of our members are excellent, best that you could find examples of their class but they are a very very small percentage of our membership. We have a slightly larger group of people who really really like raiding but aren't amazing. They have the stats but not the magic.
