Mags/Gruuls went exceedingly well for me last night (although not for our guild). I picked up T4 pants and the T4 chest. I'm overcapped on defense, so I can finally start gemming for stam and switching out my defense trinkets for other ones. I finally feel confident enough to raid tank. Or at least, I would be if not for two minor problems.

I enjoyed my time as a Prot Pally, I won't kid you - it's a refreshing change from my Warlock. If I did a hack and slash, it was gonna be with a shield.

Pally seemed to be THE shield class [at least from casual perusal]. Until recently. The Protection Warrior looks to take that mantle - well or rather shield, away.

So far, so easy mode. In two hours of raiding tonight we one shotted Naj’entus and two shotted Supremus. Discovering which trash pulls were linked as we cleared a path to Shade of Akama gave us more trouble than anything. But now we know.
