I'm not talking about the 5 man version. I'm talking about the TK 25 man, bigger than life version of Kaelthas.
For someone who's never run any 25 mans, Tanking Kael during phase 4 & 5 was something truely truely epic.
The cake toper: this was all done in guild. My baby 10 man guild has matured into a full 25 man beast.
I have great expectations of WotLK raids.

- dieing to the first boss in Mana Tombs, a lot thanks to a heavy melee group
- remember when regular Black Morass was hard and heroic was impossible
- cringing at the thought of heroic arcatraz and heroic shattered halls

- 1 shotting Attumen
- 2342342 shotting Moroes and finding out quickly that Karazhan wasn't going to take kindly to my predominately blue gear
- Solo Tanking Moroes
- Getting to DPS on Shade of Aran...

And so the first expansion of World of Warcraft comes to a close, it is time for us to review what kind of stuff I've done and what exactly I think was the success rate of WoW with it's expansion.

Well this last week's been interesting for me. I went from (gear wise) "Struggling to stay alive in Heroic Ramps" to "T5 instances here I come" in only 5 raids. I got to enjoy the small fruits of my guild's progression push (We managed to finish ZA, but that's about it).

So, to supplement the fact that there's not a whole lot going on in my guild with upper-tier raiding, I decided to see how many old-school raids I could 3-man with some friends. So far, managed...

Last night we ventured into Sunwell for the second time. The first time was a hilarious experience of hearing "run" over vent, as we pulled what seemed like half the instance at once, and of lots of ressing after learning the trash pulls. We wiped a couple of times to Kalec, and called it a night after a few fast wipes still happy due to downing Archie earlier that same night.

Last night we headed back in again. I'm the first to admit I wasn't expecting miracles, but miracles...
