Skill, Cross, Skull, Cross...

When in a 5-man, I mark a skull on the first kill target and maybe a cross in the 2nd target if its a specific mob that's gonna be harder to pick out once in the fray. I'd expect the DPSers to go skill, then cross. I'll change the cross to a skull once the skull is dead, then when the new skull is about to die tab and put the cross on something else. So the DPS always goes skull, cross, skull, cross.

Every so often I respec to protection and do some heroics. There is absolutely nothing I need from the heroics, I used the badges to buy gems and sell them, or use them to save the guild bank some hassle when we were low.

Bottom line, I do heroics to have a bit of fun, to not go completely stale on my tanking skills, but mostly just to have fun.

So it drives me up the wall when I meet dps’ers who just doesn’t give a shit that they are making my job three times...

Hey long time reader, first time blogger.I thought i would post a little bit about my experiences in the burning crusade, specifically the lead up to patch 3.0.

The guild that I'm currently in has only been raiding for the past 5 months, so we arrived fairly late to the raiding scene. We decided, as a guild, that we where going to see as much content as we could before Wrath hit the shelves. I'm talking about sheerly physically as in, how much stress do the repetative motions put on your hands.

The reason I ask is that yeah, a prot warrior is pretty tough and sometimes after a long raid, my hand hurt. No biggie, really but for my wife, it can be.

Last night, the Kara badge farming group I go with was without its tank. I play generic DPS in the group which means I bring whomever needs badges most. I've been on some silly quest to get all 5 of my 70's in...
