This group is progression focused; players are expected to perform at a high level, handle advanced mechanics well and have an outstanding grasp of their class and spec and how that can be put to maximum effect in a given encounter.

Current Recruitment:
We have an immediate need for an Elemental Shaman with a Resto offspec for a core spot on our raid team. We are looking for a skilled and level headed player who is highly competent in both specs. Maturity, accountability, and the ability to function in a team environment are crucial for all members of our raid team.

About Burn Phase:
Raiding:
Burn Phase is centered around our raid group. We may not raid 40 hours a week due to jobs and RL schedules but we take our raiding seriously. We don't aspire to be a server first or a US top 100 guild, but we do strive to clear content at a reasonable pace.
We use Vent for in game communication. We provide our raiders with flasks, feasts, gems, and enchants. We also provide crafted gear to our raider based on need, availability and the players performance and reliability.

Who are we:
We are a small raiding guild with a diverse roster of gamers who like to get together and kill stuff. We are a mature guild primarily made up of people in our mid 20s to mid 30s although we do have a few folks both older and younger than that. Most of the players in Burn Phase got their start in WoW in either Vanilla or early BC and bring a lot of experience to the table. We're by nature a fun bunch with lots of teasing, dirty jokes and pranks pulled on a regular basis.

Our raid team is an extension of our collective personalities with plenty of joking and fun through the trash pulls and in between bosses. During boss fights and especially during progression however we get serious. All of our raiders are expected to know their class, spec and role in the fight. Anyone not performing gets called out and that goes for everyone from the raid leader to the newest member of the group.
We raid because we like raiding. To us experiencing new content and killing bosses is why we play this game. Loot is a means toward that end and not the reason we raid.

Who we are looking for:
We're looking for mature, reliable raiders who understand that if they miss a raid they are affecting 9 other people and find that unacceptable. Who research their class and perform their role at a high level. We want raiders that can take feedback, who are tough enough to be called out for making a mistake and respond by getting better not by making excuses or pointing the blame at someone else.

Particularly for raiders aspiring to join our progression group excellence is expected. Everyone in this group is expected to know their class inside and out. We also expect a reliable internet connection with a computer that can handle the content without issue. Due to the small size of this group attendance in this group is extremely important and missing raids is something that is expected to happen only on extremely rare occasions.

We want raiders who understand that loot is not something worth getting mad about. Drama over loot is not tolerated.

Finally we're looking for people who can take a joke and give as good as they get, who just like to hang out play WoW and have a good time.

We're Draconic Savant, a 25man Alliance guild, and we're currently 2/12H ToT. We were established on Bloodscalp back in April '06 by our "Fearless Leader™" Nahelia, and have been raiding and killing dargonz since. We transferred to Bleeding Hollow shortly before MoP to escape a dying server and we've been having a blast since! We raid 3 nights a week during progression. Our raid days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00-11:00pm EST. During farm content we frequently raid less. Like every guild, we expect you to be on time and ready to pull at the start of raid time. Feasts are frequently dropped, however we do encourage all raiders to carry their own +300 stat buff food for that extra edge. Raiders are required to have appropriate flasks and potions as well.

We run a Loot Council system that's tracked publicly (along with attendance on our repurposed DKP site) with the goal of a fair, yet progression-oriented, distribution of loot. Show up, perform well, be a fun person and you will be rewarded!

We always strive to complete raid meta achievements while they are current content. We were the only guild on our previous server to obtain the Black Proto-drakes from Naxxramas, and several of our raiders have all 9 of the Glory mounts. KoT on Lightbringer (formerly Knights of Tranquility on the Scryers) was formed in August 2005 on the Silver Hand server, with the belief that raiding should be a positive, fun and friendly social experience. Our guild caters to older people with limited time to play, but who want to down content with other skilled and fun-loving people. The majority of our raiders have been together for a long time and the social aspects of raiding are as important to us as progression. The idea of the guild is to facilitate organised raids to players who can't or don't want to make raid times during the week due to real life commitments.

A history lesson
was created in 2012, from the ashes of a previous 25 man guild. Think worker takeover. The new management team quickly got the guild back on its feet, and improved the PVE progress from its previous incarnation.
We like raiding, we plan to stick around.

We raid 3 days a week. We feel this allows the balance between able to maintain progress and preventing burn out through constant raiding. So we are not a guild that is going to get realm firsts. You can't do that on a 3 day schedule. That doesn't mean we have to suck, we aim to be competitive within the limits of our schedule and clear all content while it is current, without losing our wives and girlfriends over it.

Shadow Wolves are a long established guild on Dragonblight server. We have been an active raiding guild since Vanilla. We have a strong social core along our raiding core and are the holders of Realm First! Guild level 25! feat of strength. We're currently raiding Throne of Thunder on 10 man normal difficulty and are striving to regain our standing as one of server's best raiding guilds. To enable us to reach the goal, we are currently recruiting skilled players.

Our progression thus far in Mists of Pandaria is:
T14 10N 16/16, 10H 4/16
T15 10N 6/13

We raid 3 times a week:
Wednesdays 20:00-23:00 ST
Thursdays 20:00-23:00 ST
Sundays 20:00-23:00 ST
