Hi Lore. I have the aspirations to be a guild master because I have a good sense of leadership when it comes to people, cooperation, and knowing what it takes to become a solid guild. However, I am a terrible RAID leader. How do I get a raid leader without my guildies thinking that HE should be the guild master, and how involved should I be in the raids? --Quazza
