tried a challenge mode instance Mogu'shan palace and the healer we had said i was taking way too much damage i ended up leaving but stayed on skype to listen in and the warrior tank was taking way less damage then me what could i do to improve if i planned on doing challenge modes here is my character link http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/trollbane/Padinbann/simple

That's a lot of stamina. What seal are you using? what's your uptime on ShotR?

switching between seal of veng and righteousness i had the glyph for light but i didnt see much use from it and my uptime is pretty high on ShotR

Paladins tank with Seal of Insight. Without it you're losing an extra sacred shield tick and a ridiculous amount of passive self healing.

Double stam trinkets aren't exactly necassary unless you're really undergearing the content, which in regards to challenge modes you aren't. Whats "pretty high" mean as a percentage for ShotR uptime?

ShoR uptime can mean anything on Challenge Modes, as most of the time you are body-pulling trash and running until the next boss, when you blow your cooldowns and hope the trash dies before you do. While 50% uptime is fairly excellent on a raid boss fight, you can have up to 100% uptime on trash pulls in Challenge Modes if you use Holy Avenger properly.

I'm used to being told "i keep it up all the time" and then look on logs or Skada and see it at 20%. /facepalm

I generally do 45-51% uptime depending on the boss.

i didnt look at the records but im sure i was atleast 40 to 60 percent uptime
