Low DPS in 5 and 10 mans

Hey Guys! So as the title says I'm experiencing low dps for my gear level. When I input into female dwarf Im seeing roughly 31k dps however in my raids Ive only ever been able to burst up to that amount and can not sustain it. I do not have any logs to post, unfortunately, but my dps on Baleroc is around 22k. We're progressing on Staghelm now and I am just trying to improve my performance. I am still using arcane shot as my focus dump

Are you keeping Improved Steady Shot, and Serpent Sting up for the whole fight?

Have you thought about using Glyph of Rapid Fire?

How many SS are you using between each set of fillers?

I throw on SrS after the CA phase and I am keeping ISS up the whole fight. I usually get 5 or 6 SS per Chimera rotation because of my high haste.

Edit: No I have not really thought about using Glyph of Rapid Fire, are there any significant benefits for using RF over KS?
