Time to move on

Well here I am I have just left my old guild and now I am trying to getting into a new raiding guild. One small problem at this point in the game how would I go about trying to get into a guild with at least 6/7 dead. I consider myself a good player, but aside from tankspot where else would you recommend looking. I will be realm changing as I want to put the history on the realm I'm on behind me.

Please give any advice you may have.

That is for sure the place that you want to look. Not only does it have a list of all the realms, but it has a list of all the guilds, their progress, and (if they've edited them) a link to their websites. You could pick a guild based on their criterion and go from there. If you're server transferring you have quick alot to sort through.
