Hi, Ive been trying to do this boss on Normal 10 man with my guildmates, and it seems we dont get the exact timing and dpsing the correct adds for Phase 1 as we wipe after the 2nd rain.
We have a lot of spinners and 1 to 2 drones at the end of the 2nd rain, I have the log for all the 7 wipes. I dont know if you people can see someting wrong, maybe low dps or attacking the incorrect add at the wrong moment.

There is a forum specifically for questions like this (called Tankspot Strategy - Tier 12 Raids :)), here (http://www.tankspot.com/showthread.php?76371-Strategy-Discussion-Beth-tilac) is the link to the specific boss strategy sticky thread in which you will probably find some answers to your questions.

That being said: you need to kill the Drone before the next one spawns in. Taunt the Spinners down so that they do negligible damage. Kill the Spiderlings before they get to the Drone.
