Prot Warrior - Which Meta?

Pretty simple like the title says. AskMrRobot says to use the Stam/block meta and one of the warrior guides I read on here (Logansis I think?) says go with Stam/Armor. Is there a clear cut winner here? I'm not a heroic mode raid tank. Just doing normals.

Crap, that's another thing I have to update. I guess I'd better triage that guide. Eternal, the block Meta, is the meta to use.

Thanks...I was leaning that way but still have a thing for armor since the WotLK days :)
