Haste>Mastery?

Due to some position changes in my guild I'll be going Fury for FL. I've read several guides and I feel like I have a very good understanding. I'm even content with my dps, however I can always use some fine tuning. Below is a link of my armory.

I'm a little iffy about my reforging choices. Would someone mind to audit them?

Is 10% hit enough? I tried 8% and I seemed to be rage starved a bit too much.

From what I read in guides haste is slightly better than mastery? If this is the case would you reforge mastery to haste if crit is already on the piece? Assuming you are hit and exp capped of course.

Make sure to read the last couple pages of the thread, not just the first one. There's some discussion about that mastery vs. haste that isn't updated as a certainty on the front page.

Thanks. I did read the guide prior to posting this but didn't see anything related to me question. I'll try reading down some pages.
