Crib Sheet Anyone

Well have started to tank some HC on my pally and loving it.
I have been lucky that most of them I have done I have a experienced gild mate on skype with me pointing me in the wright direction

Now he's not always about but I still wana do them my dps gear is shocking so tanking is best option.
I have watches countless videos but would love for someone to point me in the direction of a crib sheet for bosses if there is such a thing
Something o can printout and refer to just before the pull
