here's an idea i had for a marmot episode. Defensive Cooldowns. take it or leave it, but i think it would be something good to talk about for ppl getting into raids, specifically heroic raiding. much love, and phat lootz

Be thankful you are only getting rain Lore. Where I live in Michigan we are expect 5-8 inches of snow.

So... how long are you going to let your hair grow? It looked like it was in your eyes this entire episode, and I fully expect you to resemble Chewbacca by episode 100.

Almost cut my hair, it happened just the other day.
It's getting' kinda long, I coulda said it wasn't in my way.
But I didn't and I wonder why, I feel like letting my freak flag fly,

How much do you let your regular guild members get involved with the recruitment process? I am thinking about stuff like:

- Access to the application sub-forum (visible, can they post in the threads, is this encouraged)
- If they have a comment or question regarding an applicant, can they communicate it directly to the applicant or do they send it to the role/recruitment officer?

Nice Weekly Marmot Lore,

I sent you an email on the 16th of Jan for pst basically asking you for your recruitment questionnaire, so I could compare it to the one I was drafting for my little guild. I do understand you get heaps of mail, and wasn't disappointed at all when it wasn't read out.
Now you have gone and devoted a whole episode on exactly what I wanted to learn about.

Big Thumbs Up.

Now because I did complete our own process a while back, I was pleased to hear our thoughts are quite similar to your Guild.
(I will add the "joke part" as well though, that was an important part I didn't consider at the time)

Thanks again for a good show, for people running other guilds, it is a massive support that I cant find elsewhere.

He actually answered the question about the Pony in a previous PST. I don't remember the name off the top of my head, I'm a baddie, but he also told us what he eats. Oh ya... it's Georgieff . No idea how to spell it. But it was a gift, I'll have to dig through the old PST shows and link it to you.

Gurdjieff. Named after some random guy in Rift that I wrote a totally awesome song (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PxvzhZsxIg8) about.

Was given to me by a couple guys at the Gamebreaker.TV Best Buy Cataclysm release party. So he earned a spot in the backdrop.
