<Fatality> is an active recruiting 25 Heroic progression guild founded on Blackrock, it was created in October of 2010 toward the end of Wrath of the Lich King as a progression 10 man guild. Upon the release of Cataclysm the guild as a whole decided to take on the harder challenges and upgrade to the aspect of a 25 man progression guild, within the past 3 months the foundations have been placed and the guild is looking to expand and exceed our own expectations in Heroic content to come.

Loot Distribution
Our loot system is a normal Loot Council consisting of the officers, in which there are a few factors to consider on who receives loot. Attendance, Ability, and Upgrade Quality are the main factors of how the loot is distributed. We have a fair and rather just system with little to no complaints with our distribution, we do currently have a rule for all new recruits that your first raid you are generally not eligible for loot. Though if the item would otherwise be disenchanted we would of course provide an upgrade rather than a crystal.

Expectations

Attendance: For new applicants our required attendance as a Trial Raider is 90%, we expect you to be on time and ready to raid at our given time. Being prepared and ready at the instance by the scheduled raid time is required. Expecting a summon 5-10 minutes after the raid has begun is considered being late and goes against your current attendance. Though we do keep in mind for all players that Real life can happen at any time and we will not jump the gun to judge, just please alert others of such things as quickly as possible.

Guild Relations:We don't appreciate or accept drama within the guild, as a whole we are all rather laid back and mellow with each other. We are all willing to help each other to the best of our potential. We do allow friends within the guild, though please try to be sure they will not cause any trouble with other players. Most of all treat everyone with respect and you will be treated the same in return.

Performance: As a new applicant we are not expecting you to be ranking number 1 in the world or melting our faces with your big numbers on meters. What we expect from new members is to show up on time perform to the best of your potential and provide the best ability you can. We understand some fights are not as good for you as others, try to perform the best you can and wow us all with how well you do in both your toping meters and surviving content. Your ability to dodge fire and adjust to random encounters is as important to us as the big number of dps at the end of the fight. Always be acceptable to constructive criticism, we are not here to bring you down we are here to help you better yourself.

How to Apply
To apply to the guild please visit our website which I will provide at the bottom of this post, please don't try to rush through the application and make it look sloppy or poorly done. Please put some time and effort into it, try to impress us. Also many applicants don't like to do this last request so I will start here. Please! Provide any sort of WoL data you can, we need to have an idea of how you play your class. If you don't happen to have any at the moment, pug an argaloth or even go dps a Target dummy log it and post it in your application. Also feel free to contact any of the officers online at anytime for any questions, we look forward to hearing from you and hope to see you soon.
