transfer points from Thunderstruck and Gag order to Imp. Heroic strike and Deep Wounds (you'll like the benefit from it)
change minor glyphs: battle and commanding shout to indimidating shout and bers. rage (mainly because you use shouts on cd anyways, while both glyphs i marked before can be usefull in different scenarios)
best way for you will be to change the legs armor kit to the epic one (dependant on your expectations, i changed 4 leg armors before i got my present one and i always used the epic armor kit).
your agi trinket is kinda creepy, try to trade it for another one - best will be the darkmoon tanking card (it sells for around 1.5-2kg on my server), for the second one pick the quest reward from Twilight Highlands (gives decent stam. amount and +mastery on use, so you'll love it).
In total - change trinket, ench legs and do some minor modifications to your talents/glyphs and you are totally ready for 12/12 normal raid progression
P.S. reforge the bow from crit to mastery raiting
P.S.S. your warrior looks really great in terms of stat balancing, good for you ^^

Until you get to hard modes:
Yellow = Mastery
Prismatic (bs/belt) = Mastery
Blue = Mastery/Sta
Red = Parry/Mastery
You don't need as much stamina, smoother damage from more mastery will make it good.
Heart of Thunder isn't. http://www.wowhead.com/item=56280 or http://www.wowhead.com/item=62471 are better. Both are > DMC.
Personally - you've got a threat-centric build. I'd go with B+T over Thunderstruck. If you mark kill prioirity, Thunderstruck isn't really useful and B+T is great for packs and for single target (refresh with rend <3 seconds with TC and it's better than hitting with a devestate plus you make sure the swing timer buff never falls off).
