For my Fury OS
Currently i have

to choose from. now obviously id be putting the 359 as main hand
but for OH shud i got for slower harder hitting or the foe reaper.
Not sure how much differance it really makes but thought id get u guys opinion
also i currently have avalanche on all of them (wont be gettin landslide for long time)
anyone know how this fares against hurricane? and can it double proc or shud i have 1 hurricane an one avalanche

What's your hit at? If you don't need hit go with Fearless for the crit. Hurricanes stack from what I understand. Landslide > Hurricane > everything else.

hits at about 12% for comfort so dont mind losing a bit..didnt realise hurricanes stack might have to go with that

I think hurricane can't double proc now. Haven't tested it myself, but some comments on wowhead say it refreshes the old buff instead of creating a second buff.

I just tested on a dummy. Each weapon can apply a unique stack (with fearless blades, 3.8s swing timer, each stack is good for ~.1 second swing timer reduction).
A single weapon cannot apply multiple statcks, it does refresh the original stack it applied (I did observe this too).
So:
Each weapon applies a unique hurricane buff, so you can have 2 at once, but does not apply multiple stacks individual - it instead refreshes.
It took about 3 minutes on a dummy from the back to see this occur. The stack from each weapon and the refreshing of a stack rather than stacking it's own stack.
