A crash course in raid leading that doesn't cover what constitutes a fifty DKP minus?

Great information as usual Lore; however, how about some examples?

Think you could put a few pulls together of various boss downings? Including the great ones, good ones, and wtf...why have we wiped 5x on Magmaw! ones?

This way we can get a good bead on how you handle various levels of euphoria and stress.

Fantastic analogy about the conducter and the orchestra! You were on point in this episode.

Only thing I wished was added was how the raid leader is generally looked at to figure out what went wrong on an attempt, and solutions to whatever the problem happened to be - this was kinda covered in the "keep things moving" section, but it's pretty important in its own right. I'm always the RL for my guild's raids, and there is a perceptible drop in the "raid temperature" when it takes me longer than about a minute to figure out who died to what and why.
