How to remove Quartz 3 Health Bar?

How do I remove this health bar? I think it's part of Quartz (3) but I just can't find the damn switch to turn it off. Everytime I got hit by a mob it pops up again. It allows me to see the CDs of my activated buffs and debuffs.

I believe that is the target of your target health bar should have a setting in ice HUD

Thank you so much, I installed a bunch of addons. And got the most sorted out but this little thingy was hard to trace.
