Hello all, my actuall dps is about 10k, the problem is that when I'm moving my dps gots under 6k -_-. I was wondering if any of you could help me with some tips.
Thank you all. If you want the armory link : http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/grim-batol/glatius/simple
my rotation is: FLAME SHOCK-UNLEASH ELEMENTS-LAVA BURST-LB (SPAM)-lava burst/earth shock(depends). Always flametongue and lighting shield on, always flame shock up. I always try to use elemental mastery before lavaburst.
Totems: searing, warth of air.
thank you all again

I remember reading that UE is actually a DPS loss when stationary. Save it for when you have to move.
When you have to run around, there are still a few things to do - it's a great time for UE, refresh your Flame Shock or use Earth Shock to get rid of excess orbs, refresh totems (namely Searing Totem, if you have nothing to do tossing down a fresh one is not a bad idea), and now there is Spiritwalker's Grace which gives you a short period of being able to cast while moving.
Ele shams are still DPS turrets to an extent, but it's nowhere near as bad as it used to be.
As far as gear and spec go, get rid of the cloth helm - losing the 5% int from your mail specialization is a big deal. Gemming - to quote Binkenstein (http://totemspot.com/2011/01/cataclysm-elemental-guide-4-0-3/), "). For your meta, the Chaotic Shadowspirit Diamond (http://www.wowhead.com/item=52291) still wins out, even with the current “more blue than red gems” requirement. This is because the extra damage gained on crits outweighs the damage lost from not stacking intellect (the meta bonus is worth roughly 340 DPS, while the extra damage from Int clocks in at around 100). Don’t be afraid to use a few Lightning Dream Emeralds to make sure you stay within the meta requirements. Remember: any hit or spirit that you gem for allows you to change how you reforge your gear (ie: every point of hit/spirit you gem for allows you to reforge more hit/spirit to haste or mastery)."
Actually, just read the rest of that guide, the author does a much better and more concise job of explaining everything than I can. Good luck!
