Not sure if there is a thread for this or if people are sure right now. Wondering what the rotation is looking like for SMF for the new patch and whether the spec will change? thanks alot guys.

I am gussing something along the lines of http://www.wowhead.com/talent#LG0cZcrrcszkMfbob, with 1 point of Rude Interruption optional (imho), that can go to Piercing Howl for example.

Rotation will probably be CS->BT->Slam->RB, with HS at excess rage (I am thinking 60-70). Sub 20% I don't know tbh, personally I think Execute spamming will be good, but some say that if you get a Slam proc, we could go for Slam and then HS just to maximize GCD's. Others think that Execute should only be used until we have 5 stacks of Executioner and after that should only be used to refresh Executioner while keeping our normal rotation sub 20%.

It's insanely good on live for smf due to high rage generation.

Specc wise nothing change to live. I pick 2/3 blood craze over 2/2 rude interruption (if you're on interrupt duty you'll pummel more often then 15s) and heroic fury.

Rotation wise i'm not really sure. With an BT/x rotation, hitting bloodthirst first and something that's up alternatively to not delay bloodthirst screw your RB up on the long run if you don't pay attention. But see:

00.0 CS
01.5 BT
03.0 RB
04.5 BT
06.0 Filler
07.5 BT
09.0 RB
10.5 BT
12.0 Filler
13.5 BT
15.0 RB
16.5 BT
17.5 Filler
19.0 BT
20.5 CS
21.0 RB
22.5 BT

Filler might be either Slam! proccs, shouts, whirlwind or whatever.

I was considering using TG with one point into SMF. During execute phase macro switch your weapons out with 2 one handers for a 20% damage increase during that phase. Has anyone tried this yet. Im not saying it would work but i would like to look into it.

Before the patch I'm taking RB out of my rotation, speccing into incite, and it seems very viable. After the patch I'm going back to the DW spec and returning to the normal rotation including RB for SMF build.
