What am I doing Wrong?

:o I can't beleive I am a level 84? I have a WHGS of 3250 as a tank and can't DPS past 1900??
Is it the math, the rotation, jewels, enchants? Lost !
Can't hold Aggro. I heal quick and have great endurence but no DPS.
Please Help SERIOUSLY

Need more info. Link armory. Also, don't worry so much about DPS as a tank. Hold agro and be easy to heal. Wait til heroics and you're doing 1/3 the DPS of the other people in the group. Hide recount til you need to see what went wrong.
