warrior build advice wanted fury/prot

Hi, Im relatively new to wow and opted for a warrior as i like hitting things.. I have reached 85 and want to get serious with my builds. I believe i have a good fury dps spell rotation, glyph and talent tree but would like any advice that can be offered. My dps seems low sometimes but that may be me.

Also I would like to start to tank with this character... I need some advice on the talent tree, glyph selection and spell rotation. Advice would be very much appreciated.

Then i can learn how to use it properly
