Heroic Arms Warrior Help

Im trying to do Arms warrior in Heroics. My Dps right now is shit. Last time i was in a Heroic it was only like 5-6k, Please i need help.

Here is my char Stahn.

My rotation is BS>Charge>Rend>CS>OP>MS
ill toss in a HS if i have the rage. And ill use execute when its up.

Enchant and gem your stuff, reforge haste to hit until cap (8%) and after that raise your crit, specc properly (incite? throwdown? if B&T then 2 pts there) and watch your chances for aoe'ing. With sweeping strikes, bladestorm and cleave you have a nice toolset to do some crazy dps over a short amount of time. Do you use deadly calm, inner rage (awesome with bladestorm!) and recklessness frequently enough?

btw: cs > ms > execute

I do use Sweeping Strikes, Bladestorm, and Cleave on Group pulls.
