The magic 75% avoidance

Hi guys, just a quick question.

I've seen the 75% avoidance stat as something to be reached.

However ive seen 2 different formulas

dodge+parry+block
dodge+parry+block+miss (base 5% chance)

Which is it?

its 102.4 % i think you need to never take a full hit.

which is base miss, dodge, block, parry

non shield tanks won't hit anywhere near 75% avoidance.

think he is refering to warriors where they only need to have at least 77.4% before shield block. with shield block up it pushes them to 102.4% for 10 seconds out of every 30. don't stop until you get to 102.4 but 77.4 should be maintained.
