Confuse with the stats of prot warrior

Hi !
I'm a bit confuse with my stats right now.
In WOLK, tank needed to reach 26 expertise before anything to run heroic.
Now, in many forums, it is said to reforge expertise ans hit to mastery... i did the change and i had no problem in regular dungeon.

So how is my tank right now? Is it ready for heroic?
And why expertise is not important now?

they are not important atm because of vengeance when your shield slams start critting for 50k + and HS's for 30k + you dont need to connect with every hit to maintain threat ... to put it simply once your vengeance starts stacking up dps falls miles behind the tanks in threat. so going for survival is optimal atm :)

ATM to the best of my knowledge for the 3 plate wearing tanks, only DKs need Hit/Expertise to the cap only because of Death Strike. Paladin and Warrior tanks can ignore those 2 stats for the time being, because Tank threat is silly high at the moment.
