hi, so i am trying my hardest to min/max for maximum survivability/threat.
is it worth reforging any available item that has dodge that i havent already reforged for mastery to parry, because hold the line proc off parries.
Also correct me if im wrong my priority of abilities should be

SS>Revenge>Rend/T Clap>Devastate(if SS cd is great than 1.5 seconds)>Heroic Throw(SS cd<1.5)>CB(SS cd<1.5)>SW(SS cd<1.5)

PS stat priority should be Stam>Mastery>Parry>Dodge

also what is better War Academy or Incite, i wish i could have both, but my spec will not allow it.
Would like your answers to have math supporting you, not just personal opinion.

151k HP
37k armor
10% dodge
14% parry
51 % block
21 Mastery

Keep dodge and parry close together due to dimnishing returns.

Devastate is only really interesting for the first global after your SS is on cooldown thanks to sword'n'board, otherwise try hitting shockwave, heroic throw and concussion blow in that order.

Spec: there are several options, some tend to grab Deep Wounds (http://www.wowhead.com/talent#LG0cZ0bZIdGzRRodbu), other prefer Blood Craze (http://www.wowhead.com/talent#LGZhbZIdGzRRodbu) and some take Impending Victory, Gag Order or Shield Specialisation over either Incite/Thunderstruck/Blood&Thunder. All of them have their advantages, try them out and create your own build.
