HALP! Fury stat priority

Hallo.

I've been thinking of reforging some of my gear to get Hit and Expertise capped.
What stats should I mainly reforge? About what amount of Mastery should I aim for?

Since they removed the 3% increase in Hit from the fury tree, what's the hit cap?
It was 5% in WotLK, but I've heard you should go for 27% in Cataclysm?
Is the Expertise still at 26?

im assuming were talking about stat priorities at level 85, if thats the case 8% hit for special attacks against lvl 88 mobs(bosses) and 26 expertise

but when 4.0 hit and rage became a resource you had to manage again it became worth it to cap hit (27% hit to hit a mob 3 levels above your own with your off hand wep)

if you have to reforge any stat for hit or expertise ide vote mastry because its not a stat your going to always benefit from (non enraged time roughly 50% of the time from what ive heard)
