avoyance and mastery raiting and a suggest for a spec tankadin

i play a paladin tank this is my armory

I would like to know if I have to reforge some of my item to have mastery rating.
Wich stat have I to change? Dodge? Expertize? wich one?

Another question may be that i have wrong spec.

First reforge all your hit gear, then go on to dodge until it is lower than parry(at which point reforge whichever stat is higher)
Spec I would drop Grand Crusader and put 1 point into hallowed ground and one into divine guardian
Also change the expertise gem in your libram to a solid majestic zircon
