I am looking for any advice that can help me better myself as a player for Raiding and Heroics. Here is an updated Wowhead Profile Link of my Warlock:
I am currently averaging 6700 Dps on the Heroic Training Dummy. I use the Classtimers built into Elv's Tukui edit:
I am hoping I could get some gear/enchant/tips from people who have learned a thing or two playing a Warlock for a while.

You're way over the hit cap yet still gemming for hit. Gemming for hit rating just to meet a blue socket bonus isn't worth while if all that hit is wasted anyway. You go out of your way spending 10 hit that is worthless because you are over capped in order to get 7 spellpower when that could have been 10 intellect which is worth more than 7 spellpower. In fact it would be better for you to use a Stamina/Intellect gem if you wanted the blue gems to maintain the meta gem requirement of two blue gems. You get more out of 15 stamina than you do out of 10 hit beyond the hit cap. You are using a orange gem in your colorless belt buckle socket. If you have a free socket to put any gem you want in, you should stack your primary stat in that socket. Whichever is highest in value between Intellect, Haste, and Crit should be chosen. As far as meeting the meta gem requirement is concerned, the Helm and the Belt are your two best socketable pieces with a blue socket. The rest of the blue sockets could likely be ignored in favor of higher valued stats.
Shoulder is missing an enchant which you will need Sons of Hodir rep to obtain.
Bracer is missing a +30 Spellpower enchant.
Gloves are missing a +28 Spellpower enchant.
You haven't taken advantage of reforging at all. You can shift a great deal of your stats around, in particular your excess hit rating, as well as shift other stats around. This is also the only way to gain mastery at level 80 and if mastery is a worth while stat for affliction, which I don't know if it is or isn't, it is something you will want to reforge to gain. Even if it isn't, you can reforge lower value stats like crit and hit over the cap for higher value stats like haste.
You're also using two gathering professions which puts you at a disadvantage from profession buffs. Mining gives you some stamina and skinning gives you some crit, however the benefits of other professions, particularly production professions, would be stronger. Enchanting, Alchemy, Jewelcrafting, Blacksmithing, Tailoring, Inscription, and Leatherworking provide similar benefits, Engineering is a bit more variable whether it is stronger or weaker for your particular class. The gathering professions however, Herbalism, Mining, and Skinning, are considerably weaker in terms of the benefit they provide. Not to discredit gathering professions, but taking two of them on the same character puts you further behind.
Thanks for the information! I switched out a lot of gems and reforged what I could while maintaining the Hit cap (I'm only 10 Rating over now), and grabbed the missing enchants and went up to 7300 DPS on the dummy. I also got the 264 Boots made. If anyone else has anything they would like to add I would still appreciate it!
