Yes, you should gem a little haste to get that up. However you need to make some other changes first.

First, meta gem. http://www.wowhead.com/spell=55396 absolutely demolishes any other meta. The only reason not to use it is if you are swimming in so much mana that you can't possibly use any more.

Second, your other gems. There is no reason to gem pure spirit or MP5 - neither is strong enough on its own. Intellect will always return more mana than spirit, and the small spellpower gain is not enough to merit much consideration - spirit should only be used in a purple or green gem. Mp5 is worse. I would gem for a mix of spellpower, haste, and a few green or purple spirit gems to meet decent socket bonuses. Perhaps throw a little intellect in there just for mana - you can be the judge of your own mana pool.

You have a couple enchants that are off. Cloak should be +23 haste, and boots should be Tuskarr's (move speed is amazing for any raider). I'd also pick up the crit shoulder and helm enchants, since mp5 is so weak for Holy (crit gives a bit of regen too via Holy Concentration procs).

There are a couple issues with your spec as well. You spend a lot of points buffing Greater Heal, which is worthless in 99% of situations. Divine Fury is a 5/5 or 0/5 talent, depending on whether you use GHeal ever (maybe on Dreamwalker? I dunno). Improved Healing is a worthless talent unless you're spamming GHeal, which you shouldn't be. Getting rid of those two talents frees up space for better filler.

http://www.wowhead.com/talent#bZfvzcb is what the top of your tree should look like, or something similar to it.

Then, I highly recommend Healing Prayers if you ever find yourself using Prayer of Healing - and judging by the fact that you have Serendipity, you do. Now, Empowered Healing (which is the talent that buffs Flash Heal and Greater Heal - all of the names sound the same) is weaker nowadays due to the newfound reliance on Renew. It's not a bad talent mind you, but inferior to Blessed Resilience which buffs every single heal you cast.

You also should consider glyphing for Circle of Healing (mandatory) and Prayer of Healing (optional but really the only useful choice). I give you points for the GS glyph, most people overlook that (it's amazing to have that cooldown every minute).

So if we modify your current spec, you wind up with this: http://www.wowhead.com/talent#bVcbuZfvzcbMqihhcuAo:0dN

I think it's better than what you're using. As always, there are a lot of optional talents, like Body and Soul or Inner Focus, maybe drop one point in Surge of Light if you find you don't use the procs too often. Stuff like that, you should fine tune your spec to fit your style and the raid encounters you're currently working on.

If you're curious what spec I use, http://www.wowhead.com/talent#bVcbhZfvzcbMqqhGcuAo:N0d is my normal spec, although I'm trying out http://www.wowhead.com/talent#bVcbuohZfvzcbMqqhG0uqo:N0d for some mana conservation. Not sure I like it or not.
