I just hit 80 about 2 days ago. I have no idea what the soft cap is for haste/hard cap, I know I want in order
Haste
Spirit/Spellpower
Intellect

I think that is the order.

With my talents what would be the haste cap ?

However... if you just hit 80, you're going to be focusing on 5-mans mostly. And you don't need to be at a 1 second GCD to heal 5-mans, so I wouldn't shift to a Celestial Focus spec until you're ready for raiding - Living Seed is much more important for your current purposes, in my opinion. Haste is still very nice, but not as crucial to your success.
