Fury Warrior Dps rotation

Hey yall, there is a Fury warrior in my guild who seems to be having trouble getting his dps where it needs to be. From my limited experience he seems just a bit below par where he should be but I guess he wants to be able to pull huge amounts. I've tried helping him every way I can and even told him to look here. I don't know if he did or not but his dps is still where it has always been.

There is his armory link to see his gear, which you can see is good! So any advice or links on how to help his dps would be greatly appreciated!

I'd probably look at the WoTLK Fury Warrior Class Guide (http://www.tankspot.com/showthread.php?57781-Wotlk-Fury-Warrior-Guide) thread over in the DPS forums. As I'm 99.9% of the time Prot I have no more extensive advice to offer, the guide has made it so my DPS isn't glaringly off when I do DPS.
