So a brief over view of our raid. We have some decently geared players and we have some middle geared players and we're trying to tweak our raid to improve ourselves over all.
Right now we're focusing on our hunter during our sindragosa attempts. We DID get her down but upon reviewing our world of logs we noted that our last two dps are usually significantly lower then our top three. It's my understanding that hunters have the least amount of impediment on this fight as they're not affected by either debuff. This leads me to believe that a decently geared hunter should be topping or nearly topping our damage meters. The reason this is an issue is because we're coming incredibly close to hitting her enrage timer. Something I'd like to avoid and since we spent two weeks working on her as a new guild and have finally got her down I'd like to not have more consecutive deaths before downing her.

That's the link to our most recent world of logs where we downed Sindragosa and now that I've typed my fingers off I'm wondering if hunters or people who know hunters better then I do could help me pinpoint WHY my raids hunter is so low on an encounter in which he has less to contend with then either myself or our warlock who tops the meter consistently across ALL attempts.
This thread is specifically for this hunter so I would prefer to keep other issues anyone see's to a minimum until this issue is addressed although we of course welcome all forms of constructive criticism.
