What I did today, did somewhat past few weeks, and decide to rev up these next few weeks is:
7:30 AM I did 35 pushups, 60 situps, and ran 2 miles.
At noon I did 30 pushups, 60 situps and continued so til now and
I've racked up near 140 pushups and 340 situps today (I kinda got worn down a while ago)
And I'll run a mile around 5 PM.
I wonder what progress I'll make with this.
