Fury Warrior need some advice!

i have been playing and listening for a long time now and i just dont get it. my gear and experience should have my dps much higher, but i can only pull a consistant 4.9 - 5.3 k . i use the same rotation as other warriors that do much better dps ( BT, WW, slam when BS procs, and HS when rage is high enough). i was recently told by a very good fury warrior to regem to ArP, so i did. it literally didnt change my dps at all, not up or down. what is going on? any help is appreciated.
