Last Word or not?

Last Word (ICC25, Putricide) is an odd-ball item. Stats are decent but lower than most comparable items given it does have it's proc. I tried it last night in an heroic and the proc-update is 100% while in combat. I'm a protection warrior and got the 277 / heroic version of Last Word. Question is if it's worth it or not? Is the proc worth it? Has anyone done the math?
