Fury Warr looking for advice

So I finally burnt out on tanking, and wanted to do something new and fun. I decided to go fury. Now, from what i can tell, I have some decent gear, i know the rotation and essence of being a fury warrior, but i need some advice on gear.

I'm unsure whether i need to be all ArP, or some haste, or whether or not i should be going for socket bonuses, and if so what ones, etc. I just need some generally advice on what gear and gems i should pick up.

Get enchant on shoulders, wrist and hands. Try to get NES trinket so you can reach softcap with the proc of it you should have about 52% ArP from gear and gems on your gear and gem strenght in the other sockets. Or you maybe can reach the hard cap you are way over the expertise and hit cap. Get the 21+ Agility metagem and +10 all stats gem for activating it so you can remove the crit rating gem.
