Spending Frost badge on a tanking DK giving me headache

Well to give you the context I'm a casual player in a casual raiding guild. So upgrade from raiding rarely come by for me.

Now I already bought the cloak with Frost emblem (http://www.wowhead.com/item=50466) and I will have 61 emblem tomorrow (when I will have done the next weekly).

Basicaly the T10 stuff has weaker stats (they are only ilvl251 compare to ilvl264) but if I can ever have 2 piece the bonus seems good.

But the belt seems ubber too cuz it has the armor bonus and I curently only use a ilvl219 one.: http://www.wowhead.com/item=50991

Well so, should I got for the +stats, the Set bonus or the + Armor items ?

For you, the verdigris belt or the kraken gloves would be a good step up.

The teir 10 gear only competes if you can upgrade them with tokens straight away. As you are self professed casual raider, you would probably be better off withthe non-tier gear.
