Heroic Black Bruise, Viable?

I've started using a Heroic Black Bruise just for the fun of it, to see who viable it would be as a slow devastate weapon. You can see in my World of Logs that it did 3.2% of my damage with a 43.2% up time. The drawback to a slow weapon is that it's harder to burn off your excessive rage using heroic strike, but it seems I was almost able to keep my rage down through most of the fight. Anyone have some thoughts and opinions on how the numbers would look from a threat/damage perspective? I don't have any concrete numbers to say that it would be viable to use the Black Bruise the whole time.

There's two arguments to it really.
1) Having a big Devestate means having a slow Heroic Strike as you mentioned.

2) Besides the stam, Black Bruise is not a tanking weapon lol. I would favor the expertise over the proc for threat. Try and run some extensive numbers to see what the difference in TPS and damage is.
